I made an error

Post by Zackalec » Wed May 25, 2011 2:16 am

When entering the starting lineup, I switched batter 3 and 4. I noticed this when batter 3 came up to bat a second time. I switched the batters at that point forward but my first inning is wrong. How do I change that after the fact so that their stats are correct without having to delete the whole game and reenter pitch by pitch. I really won't remember the pitch placement on every pitch if I need to do that.

You can change your starting lineup in pitch by pitch editor. Go to the very top to edit. The stats will automatically correct. No need to recalc stats.

@zack

Since you changed batters mid way, you may need to do a couple things..

Follow team mom advice, use pitch by pitch editor to change the original starting line to be accurate, edit the first event, game starts, starting line up.... Now continue through the game in pitch by pitch editor and double check each time batter 3 and 4 come up, it shows it correct in the pitch by pitch. If not, correct- Tap the edit substitution button..

If you do not have the option for offensive subs, only defensive subs, it is likely you have all players batting =yes. . You will need to go back to starting line up, (above) and add a new dummy player, but set their bat = no. Now go back to specific at bayou in pitch by pitch, and you will be able to now make offensive subs also.
