Upgraded from iPhone to iPad I was able to transfer the data through data sharing, however when I exported data it did not request a password for my new user id, so I am not able to log into the website. How am I able to get or create a password for access to the website?

Welcome to the board.

Have you created an admin site from your ipad? If so your id and password are shown in options, admin website.
