Think I got wrong App .... How to change?

I clicked on an app purchase button that said it was compatible for iPhone, iPad , etc. However, when I opened it on my iPad, it seems to be only the iPhone version. How can I get the iPad version?

I did the same thing; I wanted the iPhone app and downloaded the iPad app by mistake. Apple clearly states that there are no refunds for any reason. But, as I recall, I sent them an email (the link was somewhere in the App Store) anyway and explained what happened. (I even explained how I don't even own an iPad, and that if I had, they'd have a record of it.) Figured hell, I have nothing to lose.

Surprisingly, Apple was nice enough to make an exception and let me download the iPhone version without additional charge.
