New website problem

Post by Dschmitz » Thu Apr 21, 2011 6:59 pm

I started using iscore (really just messing with it over the winter) with my wife's IPad then bought IPad of my own and bought iscore for it also. Tonight I set up a website but apparently used the user ID associated with her IPad because the only games that appear are the practice games off her IPad. All our games now and going forward are on my IPad but none exported onto the site. How can I link the website to my IPad rather than my wife's??

If you email us your customer ID and the URL to your website, we can change the website to point to your device. Your customer ID can be found on the Options screen in iScore. Send the email to support@iscoresports.com.
Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!

@Dschmitz

FTM will take care of you .. but so you know/understand ... Team Web Site subscriptions are tied to a specific team on a specific device. (FTM creates a special underlying id for the team and looks for exports from specific device to update it). when you break that link, (change device, or delete a team (bad idea by the way) FTM has to manually re associate the device team and website linkage for you, nothing you can do yourself. FTM is usually very responsive to those requests.

I bought the website on my laptop but now know why I can not see it is because i did not buy it on my droid - which is what I use to score. I emailed my info to the support so hopefully this will fix it.

Love this app! First started using it on my sons I-touch a year and a half ago and have not looked back. The Droid app is working really well - I use a droid X.
