Sharing data via bluetooth

Post by Sportsdad25 » Tue Apr 12, 2011 8:10 am

Is there currently an issue with the Get via Bluetooth or Send via Bluetooth? I use an iPad and an iPhone to score games. Friday's game it was raining, and I didn't want to get my iPad wet, so I used the iPhone. When I went to send the data from the iPhone to the iPad, and bluetooth is turned on on both devices, it seems that both devices are searching for each other but not connecting. I wanted to make sure the bluetooth was working so I fired up Chopper 2, which allows you to use the iPhone as a remote to the iPad. This connected and worked fine.

Maybe I am doing something wrong?

Bluetooth data sharing does not work between the iPhone and iPad versions of iScore - you have to use the Web Based data sharing. Here is a link to a document describing this in more detail:

Check out the new iScore Baseball documentation page!

Good news: Bluetooth data sharing does work now between the iPhone and iPad versions of iScore as long as they both are using 3.50. For more information, viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5325" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
