merging a team/problem with old game

I am having troubles... if someone is really adept at this program, I am s/he will help me out.

When I got to tonight's game, I couldn't find the old roster so I input a whole new one for my son's team. I recorded the game, but now I want to merge this Phillies team with the Phillies team that played last week.

I have found the merge button, but that is not working because I mislabeled a game last Fall Phillies at Phillies. I tried to delete that completely, but that didn't work.

Help?!?!

Welcome to the board.

I am not quite following your request regarding the old game. Merging is a merge of 2 players using player manager, tap merge at bottom left corner. Your player list will show in two columns, tap the name on the left then tap the same name extra player on the right.

i.e.

1 John Doe 3 John Doe
2 John Doe 4 John Doe

touch player one, then player 4 to merge the two to make one.

What if I have Ben Cahn and Ben (no last name entered but still the same kid)? Both #4 on the phillies.

If you know Ben Cahn in the right column is Ben in the left column then when you merge them the joined player would be Ben Cahn.
