Data sharing issue

Post by coach1 » Mon Apr 04, 2011 9:02 am

I have attempted several times to obtain stats from an ipad admin website to my android and repeatedly get an error message "the application iScore (processcomfasterthanmonkeys.iscore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" then I have to force close the app. Had this problem once before and I had to delete and reinstall the app. Have several games scored now and dont want to lose my stats. Any suggestions?

First off, you can always do an Options->Export from your device to send a backup to your server so you would never lose your data even if your device was lost or stolen.

As to the force close issues... are you using the newest version of iScore on your Android device? On the title screen, what is the version number? The most recent in the Android Market is v3.15. If you are not using the latest, try updating to the latest and try the data share again.

I have version 3.15.157 so I think i am current. I have exported the data so I think I will try removing and reinstalling the app. It must be something involving this one particular game. I tired a different game and it seemst to work okay. Not a huge deal I just use the android as an additional back up since i got the ipad version.
