I am just beginning to learn how to use the "league" option. Seems to be a great idea, however, I am having difficulty with some parts. I scored our fall season last year, but for this upcoming season I will not have some of the same players on that team anymore. So, from the fall team I lost 3 players, but I added 3 additional players. How do I (or can I?) remove the 3 players from the 2011 Summer League team roster, but keep them on the 2010 Fall roster.
The team name is still the same, but I am trying to go to the player manager and unselect, for those 3 players not on the team anymore, the 2011 Summer League. When I do this they are still on the 2011 team roster. Is there a way to remove them from the 2011 roster (to eliminate confusion for our scorekeeper when they are putting in our line-up), but still keep them on the 2010 fall roster so that I can keep their stats from that season?

Re: Players no longer in this "league"
There have been numerous other posts on this topic.. (I will see if I can find a good link later and post here, or perhaps Danmcc will help)... The most classic example is a high school team who graduates some seniors and adds some freshman year to year.
Bottom line
You have to make a choice, one team ( with former players) or two Teams ( and potentially two web sites).... there are tradoffs. For me, I have done both and found I prefer two teams, team 2011 and team 2010.
Note. The player stats on player card will exist in total and by league regardless, one team or two. ( assuming you do not delete players in player manager)
The downside for me is I create a new team web site each year...(easy) And so the URL changes..from iscorebaseball.com/myteam2010. To iscorebaseball.com/myteam2011 and If I cancel my old one, then that data is only available on my device..

Great! Thank you. I thought I was trying to do everything right, but I just wasn't sure if the app was capable of that yet. Thank you for your clarification, and I will probably go with the 2010 and 2011 team idea, that was my alternative in the beginning, and it seems you like it better anyway. Thank you!
