how do you edit hits/errors after u have ended the game?

we had a game and several hit were not score correctly as one was a fielders choice and not a ground out?

game manager > select game> Pitch by Pitch Editor >
scroll to plays in question, hit edit for desired activity to change

you can only make non game changing edits here. can change a single hit to error or error to hit single. but can not change a double to a single and an error.

If you need to over ride stats..
game manager > select game> select team batting/fielding/ pitching > select cell to edit > type change > return

fyi... the next update is going to allow changing a double to a single+error and a triple to a double+error.

I am needing to change the scoring of an at bat from a hit to an error in the pitch-by-pitch editor, but it will not allow me to score any differently. What am I not doing??

You can edit a Single to an Error and vice versa. To do this, go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch, tap the pitch where the Single occurred, and it will allow you to change the Single to an Error.

When I go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch and find the play that I need to change from a Double to a 2 Base Error. When I select Edit for the play "...Hits a medium grounder for a double", it only gives me the option of "Hit Double" or "Ground Rule Double". When I select either of these, it then asks me for the type of hit (Soft/Medium/Hard & Ground/Line Drive/Pop Up/Fly Ball). Where does it allow me to change to an error?? Thanks!

that is correct, as mentioned above in this thread,...

the current versions of iscore on all platrforms (iPad, iPhone, Android) only allows you to edit a SINGLE hit to ERROR or ERROR to a SINGLE.. Extra base hits (Doubles Triples Home runs) in the current version can NOT be changed from multi base hit to error at this time.

As FTM mentioned above, they have on their to do list to enable that in a future version.

FTM will post in forum when those versions come out but they generally will not pre announce release dates, it can be days for critical patches, and months for version upgrades. When updates are made available they are free and you get them from the original Apple App store or Android Marketplace depending on your device.

Thanks for explanation. I guess I missed the point of it only working with a Single and not any other extra base hits. Weird though...will wait for update.
