Website Colors, Etc

I've tried multiple times to change the settings on our team webpage - I would like to change the title on the opening page, colors, etc.
I hit test and it shows the color change -then I hit save and it goes back to the original - am I doing something wrong?

Often the browser cache kicks in..and masks the change..
Try clearing browser cache and/or re staring browser..
