Export / Import

Post by Paul » Wed Feb 09, 2011 9:57 am

So, the override isn't working on the my.iscorecentral.com site for some reason. It never lets me override. So, I exported from my device...

I spent most of the morning entering in rosters and when I exported, they are all gone. Didn't think it would overwrite since there was nothing there. Don't suppose the support people can wave their wand and get that back, could they??

If you email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your customer ID, we can restore the data on the server, and you can then do an IMPORT.

The steps to do updates on the server are:

1. Options->Export from your device (this copies data from your device to the server)

2. Make any edits you want on the server

3. Options->Import on your device (this copies the data back from the server to your device)
