Re: Removing Spray charts
If you log in to your Team Admin site as the administrator, go to Settings, click the "Stat Selection" button (bottom of page), there is now a Checkbox at the top of the Batting column that says "Hit Charts?". If you Uncheck that box and Save, the hit charts will be removed from your team website.

On Team web site...
1- Any consideration given to having the "hit location" spray charts open in a new window, instead of overlaying the stats..? That way you could have both open and visible at the same time?
2-Also unchecking the show hit charts stat settings box, does remove the hit location link on team stats page but not on individual stat pages.. I would have expected it to be removed from individual pages as well as the team stats page..

For #1, we try not to do popups. With most browsers, you can right-click the hit chart link, and tell it to open in a new tab or a new window, so for users that want that, it is easy enough to do.
For #2... give an inch and people want the world.
Actually was just an oversight trying to put this option in quickly based on the user's request. We have now fixed it so they are hidden on the individual player pages as well if you have turned them off.

That worked for me. Thanks!!
Re: Removing Spray charts
This might and probably has been asked before but I can't seem to find it so I'm asking..........what do I need to do so no one else can see my teams spray charts and stats?? And if you tell me that I can password protect these items, can I still email the stats to the head coach? Also, will the spray charts be included in the email of the stats?

You can password protect the stats page for a team website by logging in to your website as the Admin (admin password can be found under Options->Admin Website on your device). When logged in, go to Settings, and in the upper right corner there are checkboxes for which pages require login. You can create a "Guest Password" on this page to give out to players/parents on the team that you want to have access to the protected pages. Be sure the "Guest Password" is different than your Admin password.
If you want to email the Spray Charts, you can save the Hit Charts to your local computer and email them from there. You can also email "Player Cards" from your device which includes the complete hitting chart for the individual player you are emailing the hit chart for.

@jim25w.. Building on what FTM said... One option, You can set the admin/settings password to one thing that only you know and the guest password to one you only give to the coach, the coach won't be able to change your settings and then only he and you see stats and spray charts. You can just tell him to check the web site and save yourself multiple emails. The coach will probably like the drill down feature on line too.
