Issue With Team Website Color Changing

I'm trying to change the main colors for my site, such as background color. I make my changes, click test to see how it looks, then click save. As soon as I click save, it goes right back to the way it was.

This is going to sound overly simple, but sounds like a broswer cache problem. Make the change. Save. And then exit / refresh your browser.. Clear cache if you need to, or test from a fresh computer..

Turns out it was changing. It just takes a few minutes to go through whenever I make a change for some reason.
