Needing to change pitcher for a prior inning

I accidentally forgot to change a pitcher and I am Needing to change pitcher for a prior inning after the inning is over .... Is this possible ? What should I do to fix this?

Go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch, and scroll to the pitch where the substitution should be made. Tap that pitch, then tap Edit next to Substitutes, and select the correct pitcher. All statistics will automatically be updated.
