Syncing with Team Website

Me again, sorry. I am having trouble syncing with my team website. http://www.baseball.iscorecentral.com/oregonhawks" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Anyway it looks as if the data on there is still the data on my old Ipad. i can't seem to figure out how to get the updated information on the team website. I have a feeling that i'm doing something wrong. what are the steps i take, exactly, when i have entered a game? i am entering all the games from last season and want to continue to update as i go. Thank you for your quick response.

I should tell you that i have a new customer id # with the new device if that matters.

Sounds like you have changed devices (or added a second device).
If so that is the reason export is not updating your team web site.

The team web sites are associated with the device which you used to purchase it.
If you have permenetly left your old device for a new one, you will need to email customer support at support@iscorecentral.com To have them transfer your team site subscription. Please describe your situation the email and be absolutely sure to include your old and new device id.

Fyi, you can 'data transfer' games from your old device to new one.

How...
Export from old device
Then on new device go to options, data share, from web, enter old device id..
Follow on screen instructions.

You do not have to manually re enter all old games and teams etc.
