Just like a post from Trumpetbob42 on January 26th, I am having the same problem described below:
1. When the game was going the first player in each roster showed up as "undefined" and no stats were shown during the scorecast. Also, all actions done by them were listed as "unknown player." Everything in the app looked like it was functioning and keeping stats fine.

How do I fix this problem?

Also, I have been using the IScore Soccer app during our Preseason games so that I could get familiar with it. However, now that the season is about to begin, how do I wipe out all of the stats for the players and the team so that I can start fresh for the Regular Season? Do I have to delete all of the preseason games and players and reload them to start back at zero?

For the preseason vs season, you would want to use Leagues to separate the games / stats. See the following section in the iScore Baseball documentation for more information about leagues --- it is the same across all sports:

If you have an example of an iScorecast where you had players in the game and it is showing Unknown, please send the link to the game to support@iscoresports.com and give us a brief description of what you are seeing, and we can take a look at your data to see what is going on.

Is there a reason that "career stats" are zeroes for all players during the webcasting of games. The players stats are right on the application and appear to accumulate across all games played. But, on the gamecasts, it shows "Today" and "career" lines on all stats with the "today" line showing the current game figures but "career" is all zeroes.

Cumulative Stats - The iScorecasts by default will show cumulative stats for the players in the game. The cumulative stats come from the last time the scoring device did an Export to the server. If you do not want the cumulative stats to show, they can be disabled by logging in to the Admin Website, selecting the Settings option in the upper right corner, and then check the “Disable Cumulative Statistics on iScorecast” option.

Cumulative stats "settings" are correct, but it still shows zeroes during and after the game. I dont think it is working at all. I am putting in a support request. Thanks for the feedback
