Problem with action pop up.

I entered a penalty and now I can't get back to the game play actions when I select a player.
Can you give us the exact steps you used? We tried tapping a player, and giving a yellow card and red card, and things worked fine. We tapped a player and selected Foul Committed and it worked fine. We tried a Penalty Kick and entered the information on the kick and it worked fine.
Can you give us the steps you used so we can try and reproduce the issue?
