This is unfortunate. Are you saying that the Ipods that you loaded with the App works fine? If so how can 3 different Ipods not work? Regardless, thank you for your efforts in trying to help. I will try and contact Apple for a refund.

Yes. We do not have any devices that reproduce the issue you are describing. We will continue trying to figure out the cause, but we are not sure what the issue can be at this point.
