I posted in wrong place before - cannot view a game online (play by play) website says "Failed to retrieve game from server". All other games are there and the game has been synchronized.

If you are talking about the iScorecasts, that is separate from an Export of your data. To get the iScorecast to go up to the server, you can enable iScorecasts from the Options screen and they will automatically be sent to the server as the game is scored if you have an internet connection on your device.
For a game that was already scored without iScorecast enabled, you can go to Game Manager, select the game, then select the "i-ScoreCast Synchronize" option to send the iScorecast data up to the server.
If you have a game that you have done the iScorecast Synchronize for and are still unable to view it, then if you can email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know which game it is, we can take a look to see what is going on.
