Importing/Exporting

I usually set my rosters and new teams up on the web site. The last few times though, when I import the info to the app, the team does not transfer in. The players show up in the player manager but the team does not. When I go back to set up the team again on the app and go through the process of adding the players one by one, it doubles up on the website on my next export.

It sounds like maybe you have some league(s) turned off on the device. The Admin Website does not filter by league, but the device does.

On your device, try going to League Manager and be sure you have a check mark next to the "All" league, and then go back to Team Manager and you should see any teams you created.
