Looking at the data, the scorecast did not begin until the 17th event of the game. This means you either did not have internet connectivity at the start of the game, or you did not have iScorecast enabled.

To send the missing events (the first event has the player data) to the server, go to Game Manager, select the game, and scroll down and tap the "iScorecast Synchronize" button.
