Generic Positions
Generic Positions
I have a request for generic positions. Such as just OL, or DB, or LB. I take stats for a small high school and the players play mutiple positions and never just say Left Inside Line backer or LILB. Also when scoring a touchdown the reading at the end of the game says they scored from where every they took the hand off. So if the ball is on the one yard line but they took the hand off from the 4 it says it was a 4yd touchdown which is incorrect when we are emailing the stats to the local newspaper. Is there any way we can fix this. Thanks

Re: Generic Positions
It should not say it was a 4 yard touchdown - it should say they took the ball from the 4 yard line which is correct.
Version 1.71 was just approved by Apple (be sure to update using the App Store on your device), and we include a gain/loss statement at the end of each play by play entry that should make this more clear. In your example, the end of the line would say (1 yard gain).
We will add the request for generic positions to our enhancement list.

Re: Generic Positions
Thank you- I would like to add that your stat app is really easy to use and really awesome. After 8 years of taking stats with paper and pencil this app really takes the cake. Just the time that I save after games is fantastic!!!
