Trouble exporting/importing

I just purchased the app. I entered some stuff on the admin website. When I click import or export in the options screen, the buttons don't do anything...I've tried closing the app out a few times using the ipad double click and close method, but it still won't import my admin stuff.

I've restarted my device, I'll see if that helps.
