teams not saving under "team manager" page

After creating new team and inputting team info., I hit save but team doesn't get saved and isn't listed under team manager. help please.

What device are you using, this is not a known issue...

Couple things to check:
1. Make sure you are on latest version
2. Go to League Manager and make sure the All league is checked
If these do not help, please do an Options -> Export from within iScore, and email your customer ID (found on Options screen) to
support@iscoresports.com.
