Double Bonus

In high school and college, there are two foul bonuses instead of just one. Could you add this as another game option?

Could this not be handled by just using the 2 freethrow option? How would it be any different?

I don't know. I just saw only a single bonus option in the game options and thought it
light have some effect on the game.

Once a team reaches the bonus, is that indicated anywhere?

We do not have an indicator - that would require knowledge of the rules of any particular league which can vary greatly. You can always enter one or two free throws at any time however, so you would just score whatever the referee has the player shooting.
