clock starts running upon foul input

I know there are other similar posts regarding clock running/not running when it is logical time stoppage in game, but I haven't seen this exactly called out, so I thought I'd note it.

So I stop the game clock when the whistle blows. Ref calls a foul. I open Foul screen and assign the foul, but as soon as I press Done, the clock automatically starts running again. Unless you selected Continuos Clock, I would think clock should remain stopped until you hit it again.

Or maybe you mark the button in the Foul Screen as 'DONE - RESUME PLAY'. This would alert/remind me that the clcok would be starting once I hit it.

Just a thought...

Optimizing clock management is a big goal for us, and we hope to have further improvements this season.
