I have an old IPad hat I need to transfer all data to my iPhone. I have one of the first generation iPad and I'm operating on version 5.1

I can't seem to transfer data....... Help please

Wrong team was selected and the game went in players were added. Is there a way to change the name to the correct team?

I was wondering if someone can help me. Lately when I go to sub in a new pitcher the old pitcher is removed the new one goes in it's place and all the stats for that day are under the substitute pitcher. What can I be doing wrong?
