Where would I look for accurate pitch counts? Can you put a request to make a change that updates all in game and stats when a play is corrected?

Can you update stats when correcting a previous play or missed pitcher change? I.e. I forgot to change pitcher in 2nd inning & go back to first pitch and change the pitcher, can you update pitch count from that spot?
