I intended to delete a player from the game, but I think I deleted the entire player information/playercard stats. Is there a way to retrieve lost data?

I have playercards with pictures and I have saved the individual pictures to the player roster on my laptop (not the iPad where I score the stats). When I view the iScorecasts some of the players' pictures aren't showing up. How can I fix this?

When I view the player card for each player, all stats appear, but when I email the pdfs, some of the players don't have the defense stats show up. Help! How can I get all the stats to appear on the card for all the players?
