I have the same issue. I am in the USA and the the Google Play store says it is not available in my country. This happens on both my phone (Galaxy S3, Android 4.3) and tablet (Nexus 10, Android 4.4.2). So they are different operating systems. I emailed iScore support but haven't heard back yet. Steve
