LOL. I'm replying to my own posts. I found the Balk feature. It's under "misc". I found it by accident looking for something else.

I just noticed, when entering a game that there is no "Balk". I had a runner on first and third that advanced on a balk and i could not find it anywhere.

The issue has resolved itself. Perhaps I was being a bit overzealous in wanting to see the stats. It did take a good 20 minutes though.
