Re: Game Forfeit Issue
I've never done anything like that before, but it worked. I also added a Note to the last play explaining the score adjustment and forfeit issue.

Game Forfeit Issue
This has truly been a season of weird happenings. Now I have an issue I have no earthly idea how to resolve, assuming it even can be resolved within iScore. Scenario... Game was played last week between Team A (Our team) and Team B. Team B won the game. Now, over a week later, we've been notified th...

Re-open a Completed Game?
We went 9 complete innings with no score (i.e. 0-0) this week, and our game was called due to darkness. Since this is a high school district game, it was decided that it would be re-started next week where it ended this week. Since I already ended the tied game from this week, is there any way to re...

Batting out of order issue
Ran into an interesting dilemma I could not resolve scoring today, and am looking for insight on how I might have handled it better. And at the onset, please recognize I was not the official score book for this game. Scenario... Visiting team skipped a player while batting (i.e. batted out of order)...

Customer ID Issue
I recently posted out here that random games (not mine) were showing up in my iScorecast. I was advised to create a 'new/unique' Customer ID. I did, sync'd the games that needed to show up on my scorecast, and everything was good. Unfortunately, upon logging into the iScore Admin site today, it appe...

Re: iScorecast Question
Followed your link with instructions and setup a custom scoreboard. New question. Does this custom scoreboard only reflect game results once games are completed (i.e. people cannot watch a game pitch by pitch like they can on my original iScorecast page)? It appears this is the case. Please advise.

Need help modifying scoring after the fact
Need help making a change to scoring after the game has been completed. Here's the deal. - Situation - Batter (catcher) hits a single, gets to first safely, and moves to second on an overthrow at first (error 2nd baseman). A courtesy runner was inserted at this point for the runner (i.e. catcher) wh...

iScorecast Question
When starting this new high school spring season, I'd like to no longer reflect last season's games on my iScorecast page (i.e. I'd like the page to start this season blank). Is there a way to simply flip an option to turn off these games, or do I have to physically delete them from my page? Is ther...

Cannot log into my Admin Site
I have not logged into my admin site since the end of the 2014 (spring) high school season, and when attempting to log in today to prep for the 2015 high school season, I'm getting an error message (invalid userid/password) and am being prevented access. I tried everything noted on your FAQ page for...

Re: Dealing with players from season to season
You can make players Inactive on a team roster. That is typically how you would handle using the same team from season to season. Inactive players will not be included in the lineup when new games are created. Upon further exploring while waiting for your reply, I found that one can also apparently...
