Also, can pitchers ERA be based somehow on the number of innings the game was intended to be instead of defaulting to 9 innings. This causes discrepancy in statistics and an inflated ERA.

I haven't seen a scorecard, they just give us a print out. But if you created two score cards for a coed team (ie boys scorecard and girls scorecard) that could work.
