Runners on 1st and 2nd. Ground ball to SS. SS tags runner advancing to 3rd then throws batter out at 1st. How do I score on IPad app?

Why would it not then show in the ROE column

Runners on 2nd and 3rd, no outs. Batter sacrifice bunts. Both runners advance on the bunt and throw from pitcher to 1st. Pitcher over throws 1st batter is safe at 1st. I scored it sac bunt with error. It appears to be scored correctly but the batter does not receive credit for his on base percentage.
