Sorry, but I believe I found the answer. The game was exited without ending the game. We did not finish all 7 innings so I must not have ended the game via the MISC screen. I went back into scoring the game and then ended it correctly and the stats seem to be correct now. I appreciate any time spent...

After scoring a game I noticed that the play by play stats and the box score show the correct score (14-10) in our favor. When I look at the game stats for batting I only have 6 runs scored for us. I exported the game to the website and looked at the Play by Play there and they do not match the play...
