I have a new device and linked the new account to my old account. However, when I tried to import the data to the new device nothing moves over. Please let me know how I can transfer the data from the website to the new device.

I recently bought a new iPad and would like to transfer over to it. Do I need to rebuy the App and if so how can I link it to my existing account?
