I have a completed game in which the pitchers were recorded, pitch by pitch, and show in the lineup, but their stats do not show up in the Team Pitching stats page. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Team Website Purchase Not Activating (resolved)
I purchased a Team Website (Customer ID: 4732B38C92) and received confirmation that the payment was processed via PayPal but, even after refreshing my window, the website is not activated. Can you help? The Team Website Name I selected was "AS17".

Here's what I think the problem is when "ghost players" (players with numbers but no names show up on a device and cannot be found or removed but, despite this, keep showing up in boxscores, scorecards, etc) is the order in which rosters and games are downloaded from a remote device through Options-...

The customer ID is: 72CD392BBA and the roster is Neptune Beach Pearl 2017.
I just did a similar transfer to a third device of a different roster successfully, so I am at a loss why the one above didn't work as well.

I am trying to data share a roster to another device. The other device can transfer the roster but the names do not show up, only numbers.

So when I add a player to a roster on the league website AFTER a team user has downloaded an earlier version of the roster, do they have to delete the existing roster on their device to get the new player? Will this impact cumulative stats for players on the earlier roster (will they be overwritten)?
