Re: Why is this batter awarded a hit?
Interesting. It was scored a hit in the East Carolina/Marshall game last evening. I figured I needed to brush up on that situation.

Why is this batter awarded a hit?
Here's the scenario: Bases loaded. Squeeze is on. Batter bunts between 3rd and pitcher. Pitcher charges hard, grabs the ball and sidearms it past the catcher allowing two runs to score and the batter advances to second. I know the batter is awarded a hit because the out was never made on the fielder...

Re: Posting a throwing error vs. a fielding error
Thanks guys. Do I have to set this at the creation of every game or is there a way to set it so all games default to that setting?

Posting a throwing error vs. a fielding error
I apologize in advance if this has been covered in a training video or in another post. I tried finding it but was unable and in somewhat of a hurry today. Routine play: Ball hit to SS, fields cleanly and throws to 1B. Ball sails or skips by 1B and the batter is safe at 1B. Normally, I would select ...

Re: Remove player from line-up after game has ended
Thanks for the responses. We haven't played the team (or the individual players) before and will only play them one more time. When I entered the league's rosters I accidentally entered the Varsity roster for the JV squad. In the end it doesn't sound like I have much other options and will have tp r...

Remove player from line-up after game has ended
Ok, i realized after the game had started that I had entered the Varsity roster in for the opposing team and not the JV. No Problem. I just edited the names on the roster (before I ended the game) and made the correct edits for pitching substitutions. My only issue left (that I know of) is they only...

Re: Pre-assigned fielding question/issue
Has this feature been rolled out yet? Specifically, I'm looking to access the pre-set fielding positions during the middle of the game. It always seems like a kid gets hurt or sick and then all of the future inning pre-sets need to be reworked on the fly during the game.

Re: Missed pitching substitution
Well, I figured it out. I exited and the selected pitch by pitch/edit. All is good!

Missed pitching substitution
We had a pitcher pulled from a game in the 4th with two outs. The next pitcher came in and pitched to two more batters to end the inning. Unfortunately, I failed to make the substitution until the start of the next inning. The game is physically over but I haven't ended it statistically on the iPad....
