In the pitch location screen why is the light colored box from ground to top of a pitcher's head? I would have thought that the light colored box would represent the area of a strike and would go from a Batters knees to chest

I had the same issue today but was able to select cancel (holding down options could see the lettering, swiping away would not select the option so I could see "Cancel". I selected "Undo" and rescored the at bat and everything worked fine after.

Scoring a game today (3/4, 3:00 PST) and game was not showing in viewer or on Iscorecentral. Tried exporting, synchronizing, refreshing, nothing was able to get the game to show. Maybe this will be included in iOS4 update, but the ability to quickly re-enter scoring a game at the point left off at after answering a text, answering a phone call, etc. would be very helpful without having to go through game manager. Follow up: I emailed info to support and the problem was due to a bug in the program where an apostrophe in my notes caused a problem. The response from support was beyond expectation, being resolved in a very short time. Thanks to Fasterthanmonkeys for an excellent scoring program at a great value ...

Tried re-synchronizing. Also tried deleting game in iscorecentral and re-synchronizing and still doesn't load.

In Scorecast one game will not load. Message keeps saying "Updating".
Game in question is El Toro vs. Merced. All other games load just fine.
Was told that this happened during the live playing of the game where it quit broadcasting and people got the "Updating" message.

Would like to ease of ball / strike entries so that the screen doesn't need to be referenced. Any chance of using Volume Up for balls and Volume Down for strikes?
