Rule 10.05 (c)
Rules state to record it as a base hit if it takes unatural bounce and cannot be handled by ordinary effort. I almost always rule these types of hit balls as base hits because fielder usually cannot react and adjust naturally with ordinary effort to make play.

Re: runs after 2 out error
I really wish their was an option to allow scorekeeper to manually reconstruct innings to where iscore just didnt assume earned runs. I have had two separate instances on infield singles where pitcher is charged with an earned run but manually reconstructing the inning leaves the runner stranded at ...

Re: possible to have a "team error"?
Yeah, according to official high school rules, situation calls for "team error". Perhaps this needs to be added in the "misc." section of the scoring tabs.

Re: possible to have a "team error"?
In NFHS case book-
9.5.5 SITUATION B:
B1 hits a pop-up behind second base that could easily be caught by either F4 or F6. The ball is not caught.
RULING: Since the ball could have been caught, it is a team error and is not a hit.

Re: possible to have a "team error"?
It was a typical routine fly ball. My problem is that it was definately an error not a hit but who gets the error. As I understand it in situations like this it would be a "team error" but I cant figure out how to assign a team error.

Re: possible to have a "team error"?
They were both there in time to catch it and under the fly ball but no one called and both thought the other one would catch it and both backed off and it fell to the ground.

Re: scoring errors in advanced scoring mode
In your sequencing the first baseman gets 2 errors charged instead of 1. The guy on second scored because 1st baseman misses good throw by ss. How do you do it so that no rbi happens and only 1 assist and only 1 error? Everytime I do it it asks how runner got home and then when I hit error button it...

scoring errors in advanced scoring mode
Two questions- unsure on how to score when it asks for touch player who gets assist followed by player who commits error. Second question, how do you score play when it should be a 6-3 groundout with runner on second who scores because first baseman misses good throw
