Re: Email addresses associated with each player

I can fully appreciate the spam issue. No doubt about that. Just a thought, but what if you allowed the coach to input their own email account, say a gmail account, you could send SMTP emails through their own account rather than funneling through your email server. I did what you suggested and it w...

Email addresses associated with each player

It would be cool if I could assign a contact to each player on my team. Then, after the game I could email their stats to them. Maybe like a 'mass email stats for this team' or something like that would be cool, where it emails all the stats out to the team based on their individual contact. I only ...

Re: Real-Time Data Sharing Possible?

I'm not sure that, Item F above, would strictly rule out the iPad, Item H could possibly. It doesn't state that the scorebook can't be electronic. From the rules you stated above it would seem like an iPad should be legal so long as you're only using it for scorekeeping. We're in Dizzy Dean league t...

Re: Real-Time Data Sharing Possible?

Many of our users are lucky to have a single iPad for their team, much less one in the scorekeeper's hands + one in each coach's hands. Sounds like your team is very blessed. What you are describing is really more of the "iScorecast". It is not likely we would be doing any of this type of functiona...

Re: Team Hitting Chart

I'm surprised that you can take an iPhone/iPad on the field with you while your are in the coaches box on the field. We cannot take any mechanical/electronic devise that could be construded as a coaching aid onto the field here in Ontario (Canada) I haven't been questioned about it, never really th...

Re: Real-Time Data Sharing Possible?

Neither of our iPads are 3G, both wifi. What about the bluetooth sharing? How much distance will bluetooth cover? So the most real-time data I can hope for is a share in-between innings? Say we bluetooth share in-between innings, will the non-scoring iPad need to have the game deleted prior to shari...

Re: Team Hitting Chart

With the iPad version of iScore, you can just tap each player on the lineups that are listed on the screen to see the player card which includes the hitting chart. So you can tap the player coming to bat, the on deck player, and the in the hole player for example. And with v3.35 or newer, doing thi...

Team Hitting Chart

Maybe this is available on the iPad, still learning my way around this killer app!! On the website I can view a team hitting chart, where all players hitting scatter plots are listed on a single page. Is there anywhere on the iPad I can do this? I know I can view individual hitting charts, but it wo...

Real-Time Data Sharing Possible?

Ok, here is the situation, is it possible? Or am I just dreaming? When we score on paper, I have to keep my scorekeeper in the dugout and if I have a question or need to refer to the scoresheet I disrupt their scoring and inevitably they miss something. Plus they have to stay in the dugout where dis...

Re: iPad Scatter Chart not showing in Player Card

FYI, for others who may experience this issue. I spoke with support and they suggested cycling the power. Simply cycling the power on the iPad fixed everything.

Thanks for a GREAT APP!! and even GREATER SUPPORT!!
