How do I score the extra inning rule where a runner starts on second base? I don’t see an option in the app

I know how to record a pop fly, but how do I get it to show up as a foul ball that was caught in my scorebook?

I know how to swap the players in the field but how do I move their positions in the batting order around if that changes? I.e. the new position player is put in the pitcher’s slot, and the pitcher moves to the 5 hole.

I am scoring a MLB game and the managers swapped out a pitcher when it was his turn to bat, how do I do this in app?
