Re: Pitch location - when to enter

OK, so I think I'm understanding part of it now, but am still a little fuzzy. Are you saying the reset for that pitch on the speckle chart occurs after a play is scored? Because I have plays now where I don't pick anything on the speckle chart (just select Ball/Strike/whatever when I don't know) and...

Re: Question/Enhancement

That makes sense. We had a game hit the time limit and maybe I should have done that. Although the other team was home so would that be the right thing to do? Would it still count their runs and not roll back since we were at the bottom of the inning instead of the top? Very cool - learning all sort...

Re: Pitch location - when to enter

Thanks for your replies, but I"m still a little confused; Please bear with me. I got a second reply during my update so I'll reply to both here. FTM Support: Why would I be required to enter the play "first?" No matter what, after a pitch I enter ball/strike. I'm talking about picking the location o...

Re: Question/Enhancement

Thanks for the reply. I may have done the substitutions wrong. I did actually watch the video a couple of times, but I think part of the problem was using "Lineup" VS the picture on the field. Plus having "Non Batters" was an issue. I will try it again tonight. If my problem had nothing to do with t...

Coordinate with TeamSnap?

My boss, who turned me on to your application, also had shown me TeamSnap. It's a website for managing all sorts of teams, including baseball, and includes stat tracking. I would love to see a cross relationship between your two companies where you can export to their stat tracker and they mention t...

Question/Enhancement

I am missing stats on some pitchers that I think are when we hit our time-limit to end the game. What I might have been doing wrong is not entering "End Inning" and then entering "End Game." If that's the case that you have to do both, could the "End Game" button be programmed to invoke whatever has...

Eight players - automatic out

Our league allows you to field 8 players, but when the 9th one would be up to bat you have to take an out. I was able to adjust for this by adding "Missing Player" to the roster and selecting that he struckout. But this adds 3 phantom pitches that shouldn't be there to the stats and for that pitcher...

"Cancel" option for data entry while scoring

If this is a non-issue for more experienced users then please forgive me for asking this, but I have often pressed the wrong button and would like to be able to "cancel" instead of going through the whole sequence for what I selected just to press "Undo"

California Tie Breaker Rule

Does the application support this? Here's the details: 15.4.2 AAA & Majors - If the time has expired and the game is tied, one (1) extra inning using the modified California tie breaker will be played to determine a winner (see RULE 21). 21.2 For all AAA / Majors & AA Continental age division games,...
