Re: Leagues and missing games/stats
If they are showing the exact same data, that would mean they are pointing to the same team in your account and the link we sent describes how to change that. If that link is not helping, please email the customer ID of your device, and the URLs of the websites to support@iscoresports.com, and we w...

Re: Leagues and missing games/stats
I see both the Blues and Knights websites and each are tied to the same device/user.

Leagues and missing games/stats
Last year, my team was the Blues Baseball. This year we changed organizations to the Knights. We kept all of our players and added a few. My Admin User# has remained the same as well as the device (iPad Air 2) for both teams. I paid the $19 last year to build a Blues website to track stats and games...

Re: Score for 2 different teams from same device
You can score for an unlimited number of teams. Admin site is not team specific. Team websites (an add-on) are team specific. Can 2 websites, I understand an add-on, be developed/maintained from 1 Admin/iPad? Last year we developed a website so that coaches could review the games and stats online. ...

Re: Strike or foul
I would choose swinging strike. If a runner were on base and attempted a steal, you would have to choose swinging strike because it is a live ball. If catcher drops the ball, then choose foul.

Re: Scorecards on iPad and Team website do not match
Thanks Team Mom and Support. I did try exporting with no luck. Exporting did change the stats and box score but not the scorecard. Re-emailing the scorecard did the trick.

Scorecards on iPad and Team website do not match
After making edits post game, i.e. changing an error from one player to another, the scorecard on the team website does not reflect the scorecard on my iPad. This edit was done over a week ago. How can I make the team website reflect the edited scorecard?
Thanks
Thanks

Data Sharing...USSSA
Greetings,
Last weekend, importing USSSA rosters via data sharing worked like a champ. This week I could not get it to work.
Has something changed? I noticed USSSA changed their website.
Thanks
