App crashing when emailing iScorecast link from game
v4.31 running on iPad 1 with iOS7. Setting up game and attempting to email game link and just clicking on email from contacts caused the app to crash multiple times yesterday. The app is also running slow for me with this very latest revision. I know it is slow because I'm of iOS7 on the older devic...

Re: One group of 24 kids - two teams?
Thanks for the reply. I actually figured out a pretty nifty solution that I *think* will work. I created one team with all the boys on one roster. I am then dividing the teams in Leagues. The boys will sometimes play split squads and even face each other, other times the elite players will be pulled...

One group of 24 kids - two teams?
Situation: The team I score for expanded this season and there is now one group of 24 kids, but two teams will be fielded. However, there will not be consistent rosters for either team and they may play each other in tournaments occasionally. We do want a team website to aggregate stats for each pla...

Is this an error?
Situation: 9 year olds - Pony Mustang level. Runner on third. Batter bunts and catcher comes forward to field the ball and throw to first. First baseman sees the runner on 3rd start for home on the throw to first, so he guns the ball home, but the catcher wasn't at the plate. Catcher was still in in...

Re: iOS v3.16 submitted to Apple
I just updated with v3.16 and tested changing a hit to a hit + error. Worked great.
Thanks so much.

Re: Scoring ?: 3rd out on runner not tagging up & scoring run
OhioTex - that's what we thought too. However, MLB Rule 4.09 cites an "approved ruling" that is our situation almost exactly: Approved Ruling: One out, Jones on third, Smith on first, and Brown flies out to right field. Two outs. Jones tags up and scores after the catch. Smith attempted to return to...

Re: Scoring ?: 3rd out on runner not tagging up & scoring run
That's what we thought too and that's where the game ended with those last two outs and the run not counting. Tie game. However, after coming home and looking into it, it seems as if the MLB rules under the definition of a force play (section 2.0) say that this is NOT a force play, so that if the ru...

Scoring ?: 3rd out on runner not tagging up & scoring run
Scenario: Machine pitch pinto game. Tied game at the end of the 6th inning (inning limit) with one out, runner on 3rd and 1st. Batter flies out to center field. Runner on 3rd tags up and runs home while center fielder throws to 1st where the runner DID NOT tag up. Runner at 1st is tagged out by 1st ...
