Re: Situational App Scoring request
There is not a way for iScore to know that a pitch was thrown if you do not enter it. When you enter that there was a throw down to second, it will assume it was on the previous pitch that you had entered. It can not guess that another pitch was thrown. That being said, the situation you are descri...

Re: Idiot proofing
Hey, I'm not saying I don't like the app. I'm saying there can be improvement. Another competing app, starts the play by hitting the Pitch button then asks for the outcome of the pitch. This is better, imo... It keeps the pitch count accurate. As mentioned, in Youth Leagues, the Pitch Count is the m...

Re: Under NO circumstances...
Thanks for your offer to help, unfortunately the 'game' was never sent to the servers. The device was offline. But, I'll check anyways, just in case it synced the data off of the device on the next game for the old game.

Situational Game and App use... (replied)
Here is the scenario, Bottom of the 3rd, 2 Outs, Runner on First, Full Count, Pitcher throws, runner on first steals, second, Catcher throws down runner at Second for an Out, Ends the inning, Umpire Calls Game on time... The umpire never called the Pitch a Strike or Ball... I tried to fix this in ga...

Under NO circumstances should app allow data to be lost (responded, pending user reply back)
After previously posting a request, I thought about something. Baseball and Statistics are entwined. Under NO circumstances should an app allow data to be lost. Archived, sent to a log file, kept on the device, isolated, sent to Pluto for astronauts to recover, but NEVER NEVER LOST... With that the ...

Situational App Scoring request (support responded, pending any user reply back)
2 outs, runner on First, full count, picture throws, runner steals, catcher throws down to second for an out. Umpire never called ball or strike. Tried to adjust pitch count and couldn't, tried using undo until that point in game but as soon as I added the pitch the the rest of the game was gone. Po...

Idiot proofing (replied)
After losing an entire game because I imported before exporting I found a flaw. The app should WARN what the consequences will be OR Export data BEFORE importing on request. Here is the scenario, Bottom of the 3rd, 2 Outs, Runner on First, Full Count, Pitcher throws, runner on first steals, second, ...
