It did come with 2.1 but I think it updated to "update 1" after that. 2.2 is available but I haven't taken the time yet... Memory is 13.18 gb with 10.66 gb available. SD is 7.6 gb with 5.27 gb free. Application storage shows 1.32gb available. I did power on and off as first resort, but no difference...
