When I purchased the new iPad I registered as the same Apple ID which makes me wonder if because they're the same Apple ID then it's the carbon copy app when I download it from iTun...

And FYI I love the use and ease of the app. The only issue that I have now is that I want to score two different games on two different iPads and sync them together. Be prepared to be amazed ha. Thank you for the support. I don't have Option > Admin on the app. I do have Option > Admin Website. When I click on those on both ipads they look the same with the same device ID and password.
