No, I am not the same user as dlstrickland

I don't plan on using two devices. I am using my new iPad and can't share the data to/from my old iPad because I don't have it anymore. Going forward I will use on device. I have forwarded that information in an e-mail already.

1) I have done this already
2) Yes, I am getting "successful export" and when I use my new customer ID to login to the admin, I can see those two games there but not the previous ones
3) My websites are not updating since I switched to my new iPad and my customr ID changed

I think I figured out my problem (not resolved yet, but diagnosed). Perhaps you have the same issue.

I switched iPads and apparently, I've been assigned a new customer ID. The old and new customer IDs are not linked and causing a disruption in updating the website/ admin page

I continue to have the same problem. My last "successful" sync according the site was 6/8 but I've done all three items (i-score sync, e-mail to web and export) a dozen times and no updates!! Not on the admin site either. Something is clearly wrong... Same process I've followed for the previous 4-5 ...
