I emailed customer service with that info on 9/28. I have not received any response and my site is still not active.

I purchased a team web site today. i have the receipt from iTunes showing that it was paid for. However, the web site cannot be found. And, when I do a search on the name the sign up screen indicates that it is available and wants me to purchase it again.
How can this be resolved?
